How does The Auto Shield Canada Trade Wear Program Stack Up Against The Competition?
Whether it’s a Trade In Wear Waiver, XS Wear, Wear Pass, Excess Wear and Tear Coverage, or Worry Free Coverage, most programs provide sufficient coverage for common cosmetic damages.
However, many of these competitor programs lack flexibility. Nine times out of ten, these programs will only provide coverage at the time of trade-in – meaning the customer is without coverage while actually driving their vehicle.
To remedy this, our Road Hazard family of Protection programs provide the ability to get coverage at any point in time during the customer’s ownership. This means they don’t have to stare at that nasty dent, scratch, crack, or other damage until they trade in the vehicle. They can simply make a claim and have their vehicle repaired. It’s that easy!
